My brother-in-law is going to curacao for the coming 6 months, to get some work experience so he can finish his studies in communication. Last weekend we had a sit down with the whole family and this is the cocktail i made:
Ingredients
1 part white rum
1/2 part bleu curacao
1/4 part (cane) sugar syrup
lime juice (1 lime for 3 glasses)
ice cubes
slices of lime
Preparation
Give your (f.e. wine) glasses a sugared rim and put some ice cubes in them. Mix the booze, sugar syrup, and lime juice and add some water if you like. Divide among the glasses, finish with a slice of lime.
Have fun in curacao berry !
